POSTAGE
All our items are located in Townsville, North Queensland.
Items are posted 24-48 hours after receiving your payment.
A Tracking Number will be added to your order ASAP, so you will be able to see where it is at all times.
No question is a silly question. Chances are, the person beside you is wondering the exact same thing.

WHAT IS DIAMOND PAINTING?
Diamond painting is a fun and easy activity for crafters both young and old.
It is a relatively new art form where it breaks images down into patterns, very similar to cross stitch or paint-by-numbers.
Small, glossy, “diamond”-like tiles are applied to canvas to make the pattern.
These tiles are often called rhinestones or drills, and are colour matched to the DMC thread colours. They are approx 2.5mm in size.
One side of the tile is flat and sticks to the canvas, whilst the other is 5D, giving the design a sparkling finish.
DOES THE KIT COME WITH EVERYTHING I NEED, OR DO I HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE?
All our kits come with everything you will need to complete the project.
You will receive:
- Canvas
- Diamond Drills
- Tray
- Wax
- Pen
The only things you do not receive are containers to store your diamonds in and a Frame for when you are finished.
We do have a selection of containers but I would suggest Zip-lock bags to start with. (Containers are an investment down the track once you decide that you like the craft and will be continuing with it.)
Please keep in mind when making your selection that the size of the canvas you choose will affect the detail of the overall finished product - The larger the canvas, the better the detail.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All our stock is located in Townsville, Nth Qld. We use Australia Post and Fastways Couriers to send your items. Depending on your location, it could take 6-10 days for you to receive your parcel. It is being sent from postcode 4814 if you would like to check with Australia Post.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarentees Act and other applicable legislation - however we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please advise of your order number and the reason you believe the item is faulty / damaged or not as described, along with photos. We will then advise of postage address to return the item to, at your cost. Item MUST be unused and in original packaging. Once the item has been returned if it meets the conditions of a refund then this will be paid to the original payment method, or a credit can be arranged to spend next time. We may also, at our discretion advise you to dispose of the item and offer a partial or full refund without the item being returned.
